Victor Kulish has been teaching at his own private music studio since 1999, specializing in piano, voice, and guitar. His first student was his younger brother Kiril Kulish, who is now a Tony award winning concert pianist and Broadway actor.
Victor is a solo recording artist, and a member of the Schmaltz Ensemble as a singer, guitarist, and pianist. During the holiday season, you can hear him sing with Sounds of Holidays Caroling Company as a bass and baritone.
He began his music education in 1988 at Chernovtsy Music College in the Ukraine, where he studied piano, xylophone, guitar, and trumpet. He was a regular performer on Ukrainian TV, and often played with the Chernovtsy Philharmonic. In 2002, he completed his studies of Vocal Arts and Recording Engineering at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
Victor is a highly qualified instructor working with students of all ages in San Diego and Los Angeles. He has a highly successful tailored program for children and a separate one for adults. He is also quite experienced in working with the young, disabled and behavior troubled children.
